This tiny house was built with and taken care of with love. Perfect for a single owner or couple, and has even housed a family of four at one point. This is the perfect house and a great price for someone looking to downsize their belongings and live in peace!
Exterior:
The exterior of the tiny house is clad in corrugated metal, with the front featuring reclaimed cedar that has been stained with a protective coating.
The house was built on a 35′ fifth wheel trailer. Porch is included with purchase if desired.
Interior:
The walls throughout the house are made of knotty pine. The flooring is bamboo. The 14′ tall ceilings help make the house feel airy and spacious.

Living area: 7.5′ x 14′
Kitchen: 7.5′ x 12′
Bathroom: 7.5′ x 4′
Bedroom: 7.5′ x 7.5′
Closet: 7.5′ x 3.5′

Two small electric registers that are controlled with a programmable thermostat heat the tiny house.
There isn’t air conditioning currently installed but could be easily added.
