IN this video I explore an abandoned cabin up in Vermont, close to the Canadian Border (the LAST town in Vermont before the border) to see a piece of property for sale that includes a small pond and a stream- something I’ve been looking for. Thing is, this cabin might be in WORSE shape that I had thought. Sure, there’s the possibility of taking it down and using or salvaging whatever materials I can, but is the purchase worth it overall once you and I take a look at this 1 acre parcel for sale? The cabin (most likely an old hunting cabin) was likely built in the 60s or 70s by the looks of it. Its not tiny house at approximately 24′ by 24′, but the land might have some potential for future a frame glamping rental units- or maybe not. What would YOU reuse, save, or salvage from this small house in the woods?
