Designed and built by 3 siblings, so much hard work and thoughtful consideration went into creating this magnificent retreat! We are SO excited for you and your loved ones to come and experience this unique and fun stay!
Features – Custom built waterfall!! Swings, Hammocks, Fire Pit, Hot Tub, 40 ft. Covered Deck, and more!

The space
Check out this STUNNING Container Home with an outdoor, custom-built waterfall feature, hot tub, fire pit, sunk in hammock, swings and more! After turning in the drive for the Green Creek Shipyard 2.0, you’ll be transported to your own private retreat.
| What makes it Special?|
– 40 ft. Container Home: previously used as a storage container for cargo transported across the Atlantic!
– We built a Waterfall!! We wanted to create the Ultimate relaxing getaway space and this waterfall feature adds the perfect tranquil sound to this remote getaway.
– HOT TUB w/ built in platform for easy access.
– Swings: Not one but two swings on the property! One located at the front door and the other situated right next to the waterfall and hanging over a shallow pool of water. THE ULTIMATE RELAXATION SPOT!
– Outdoor fire pit w/ wood provided
– 40 ft. + covered deck
– Sunk in hammock: located right outside the bedroom doors – you can lounge right over the waterfall and pool!
– Linens provided: bedding, towels, washcloths, swim towels, robes
– Toiletries provided: body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
– Coffee station: Chemex pour over pot and coffee grinder made available with delicious Red Fox coffee beans
– Games: board/card games for those rainy days spent inside and corn hole for golden hour evenings outside!
– Grill: located on the 40 ft. covered deck!
– Stunning interior design w/ King Bed and queen sized pull out sofa
– Full kitchen space: stove top, sink, dishwater, pots and pans, NO oven.
Built by the Schlabach siblings – Landon, Heather, and Reece: a lot of creative design, hours of work, and plenty of healthy debating went into this project! We feel like the outcome is something incredibly special and we hope you love it as much as we do!
