This Tiny Home is built on a brand new 26’ Iron Eagle chassis with galvanized metal bottom pan, integrated steel wheel well flashing, and attached leveling jacks.
The home was designed and built by a licensed Oregon builder with over 30years of high-end custom residential experience. This unique piece of art will not be available to duplicate in the future and will retain its current one-of-a-kind status. The entire build is documented with extensive photography and videography of every step and process.
The clerestory floorplan boasts 17 Anderson fiberglass casement and awning windows, Douglas Fir #1 FOH dimensional post and beam framing with seismic and wind shear engineered mechanical steel connectors, and spray foam insulation for unmatched climate control, condensation control, sound proofing, and structural rigidity. The siding system features glued and screwed 1/2″ sub-sheathing, Kingspan house wrap with Flexseal and Flexwrap complete window flashing systems, pre-finished vertical fine-line Western Red Cedar siding, and Taylor Metals Slimline standing seam metal roofing.

The interior is finished entirely with inlaid Birch ply wall coverings and grain-matched millwork, Caribbean Walnut counters, treads, and floating shelves, and tobacco cork flooring with Zero VOC adhesive for warmth and comfort under foot. Extensive custom Birch cabinetry is featured and thoughtfully integrated throughout featuring a coat and shoe closet and extensive customizable under-stair and overhead storage; all with push latch soft-close doors and drawers.
The chef’s kitchen has 13.5 lineal feet of solid wood counter tops for cooking and serving. Fully integrated kitchen appliances include a Forte fridge/freezer, a Fischer-Paykel dishwasher drawer, a Magic Chef 4-burner stainless gas cooktop and hood, and a GE convection oven/microwave. A 30″ wide 10″ deep black stainless steel sink with drop-in drain rack and vegetable basket is flanked by floating shelves and centered on a casement window.
The bathroom includes a 32×48 designer tile shower with black granite accents and a diverter valve with a rain head and and a sprayer, a solid wood vanity with a black stainless steel lavatory, a black dual flush toilet, and a laundry center with a vented washer/dryer combo unit. The laundry center cabinetry includes a laundry chute from the bedroom above. The plumbing manifold for the entire home is fully accessible and serviceable from inside the vanity. There is no plumbing in the exterior walls and no fittings present anywhere in the floor.
High efficiency dimmable LED lighting throughout.
Heating and cooling is provided by a Mitsubishi 12k BTU ultra high efficiency M-Series H2i mini-split. Hot water is provided by a Rinnai V75i 7.5gpm on-demand gas water heater. 50amp electrical service with SS2-50R twist lock connection and GFCI breakers.
