We made the long trek to Northern VT on Tuesday with this beautiful 12’x36’ custom tiny home to its final destination. So far, this is our biggest home at 432 square feet of main floor living space. The kitchen is HUGE with a lot of custom cabinets, dual fuel cooking range, full size refrigerator, above range venting hood, and a farm front sink. Above the kitchen is the main sleeping loft with cubby stair access, night stands, dresser, and a skylight. On the other end of the home is the bathroom with a lot of tile work, a full wet floor, 6’ soaker/jet tub, a walk-in shower with wand and rain head, stacking washer and dryer, vessel sink vanity, and a plumbed one piece toilet. Above the bathroom is a guest loft with ladder access, night stands, and another skylight. Between the kitchen and bathroom is the living room area with exposed rough cut trusses and a wood stove hearth which will receive a Vermont Casting wood stove. Beneath the gorgeous hardwood hickory floors and bathroom floor is a full radiant floor heating system. We also equipped the home with a Samsung mini-split system. Other features this home includes on the exterior are Anderson windows and double door, green corrugated roofing, and pine shiplap clapboard with a natural cedar stain. For the interior we installed v-board ceilings, dark stained v-board lower paneling with chair rail, and paint grade plywood on the upper portion of the walls.
