This video is a long one, but I particularly enjoy tiny house, tree house, and shed concept sketches and art sketch videos overall, so I figured I’d toss this one out there- a video that shows the thought process behind designing simple and affordable whimsical structures for both myself and clients. This video DOES dish out quite a few time, money, and back saving tips, but it really focuses on some of the techniques and approaches to simple and budget friendly tree houses (ones that can easily employ salvaged and free materials). I talk a little about my obsession with Tuftex and Ondura roofing and why I use it as well. So if you’re planning on building a tree house, shed, cottage, she-shed, clubhouse, or kids fort, this one might send you off with a few new ideas. For some these sketch videos are a relaxing ASMR experience too (or so I’m told)- so there’s that on top of things.
