The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire. You’ll love the fresh peacefullness of living close with nature and have the added benefits of festivals, fairs, flea markets & antiquing, rodeos, and music events through out the year!
The space
Our tiny house welcomes you with a bright, fully stocked kitchen, a cozy seating area and convertible breakfast/dining table. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, desk, dresser, closet and full bathroom with walk-in shower. Enjoy the comforts of climate controlled A/C & Heat.
Guest access
You will have private access to the tiny house and surrounding yard. It is fenced and gated. We do have an outdoor firepit and can provide wood to burn upon request. There is also a picnic table and hammock. Please do not venture into paddocks for fire wood,
There is a fresh water hose available for your use such as rinsing off your kayak or dive gear, rinsing your cooler, etc.
