The Lily Pad is located on a 34 acre homestead/farm. This sweet tiny home faces a quaint pond with beautiful trees and wildlife surrounding it. The well lit space is perfect for almost any occasion. A quick getaway, a peaceful space to practice your art form, or a lovely place to unwind and recharge.
This thoughtful space has two lofted bedrooms (not totally private from the rest of the tiny house). A cook friendly kitchen and a bathroom with a washer/dryer.
The space
This tiny house is on a 34 acre start up farm/homestead. We have been working hard since July of 2020 and are so excited to list our first space. The tiny house is not so tiny with 385 square feet, the Lily Pad has two “bedrooms” with queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and a nice little couch, tv, and dining area all with a view of a cute little pond! With windows everywhere, you can really be a part of nature!
Guest access
You will have access to your tiny house yard as well as the rest of your property:) There are trails all over the property and some of the best sunset watching from your own private deck.
