Rental of this Tiny House in The Retreat at Water’s Edge includes access to the sister community, The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls, featuring private access to one of Tennessee’s largest waterfalls. Other private trails along the creekside offer an afternoon of adventure.
The Retreat at Water’s Edge includes several docks, relaxation stations with stone firepits, pavilions with picnic tables and a huge stone fireplace, perfect for entertaining.
Other things to note
Please note that while the home is ready for guests, the community is still under development. There may be construction noise in the area during the weekdays but mostly peaceful at night and on the weekends.
