Minutes from downtown Huntsville which features great shopping and restaurants. In the summer, soak up the sun on your private dock with a spot for your boat. Calm & clear water great for swimming is 30 steps from your front door. Enjoy the snow with skiing at Hidden Valley or check out a variety of winter activities at Arrowhead Park.
The space
Modern cottage on a 3 acre private lot just steps from your private beach and dock. The water is calm, clean and great for swimming and the beach area is great for kids and allows them to wade in. To top it off you have a private hot tub! Across from the river is conservation space so there’s no close neighbors from any direction. Our backyard has a large playground for the kids and space for outdoor activities. The rec room features a ping pong table, kids toys, a tv and plenty of lounge space. Endless fun!!
The Cottage is new, modern, very well maintained, and has all the amenities.
