Oregon-based builder Tru Form Tiny has been on an evolutionary streak. After launching a handful of base models, the company keeps experimenting with various layouts and configurations to better cater to its vast clientele in North America. A case in point is the latest Farmhouse Kootenay tiny house. This Kootenay measures 33 feet long and 8.5 feet wide. But what is so special about this unit? Well, it features a downstairs bedroom with a hydraulic storage bed, living room with a tiled fireplace, giant loft, complete kitchen, full bathroom, and tons of storage.
The Farmhouse Kootenay is far superior than the company’s previous 28-foot Kootenay: It has a main-floor bedroom with sliding door for privacy, whereas the older version had a rustic charm with two lofts. While they both can accommodate a maximum of four people, the beauty of the new Kootenay is undeniable. Not only does it expand the length and add a private room, but finds a way to add a fireplace, which Tru Form Tiny has been experimenting with a lot lately.
