Ultimately, this experience led Todd to take over the Seattle Tiny Homes building company and start the Washington Tiny House Association. Later, they had the opportunity to buy the Roots Collective Farm. There, they run the Tiny Home Hotel, build tiny homes, and support local nonprofits like a food bank.
