Featured on the show “Tiny House Nation,” don’t let the size of this home fool you – this tiny home comes with a big personality! It has been recently updated with nice touches throughout, providing guests with a nice little abode to truly relax and disconnect. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, two loft areas, and central air conditioning, guests will have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious outdoor area includes dining chairs, a firepit, and cornhole. Just a short drive from the Guadalupe River and the lake, this cozy abode is the perfect place to relax after exploring all that Canyon Lake has to offer. Enjoy live music at the Whitewater Amphitheater or float the Guadalupe River Horseshoe – both are just minutes away. You’ll also be close to Gruene, with antiques, boutiques, restaurants, and the oldest dance hall in Texas. New Braunfels is a great place to cool off, and Schlitterbahn Waterpark is less than 20 miles away.

There is an active surveillance camera on site. It points at the front door outside.
High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.
The loft area is only three feet high. The ladder to the loft can also be dangerous if not used with care.
There is plenty of wildlife here at Canyon Lake. Deer, armadillo, fox, skunk, porcupine, snakes, and bobcats are just some of the animals that call the Hill Country their home. If you see wildlife, please enjoy them from a distance and use caution.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Enough space in the driveway for two vehicles.
