The cottage is new and fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay. This unit has a Smart TV & Wi-Fi, there is NO cable. Sit on the front deck enjoying the wooded landscape and views of the pond. The cottage is on the other side of the pond from the main house and is mostly secluded, with easy access to the front of the property and main road.

The cottage is new and fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay. It has 1 queen bed & 1 standard couch for up to 3 quests. Available for longer stays with Hosts permission. It has a Smart TV & Wi-Fi, there is NO cable. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, plus a standard sofa in the living room. Private bathroom. Fully sized kitchen and dining area. Washer & Dryer. Outdoor shower. Fire pit. Large deck with table and chairs. Located on the North Augusta Greeneway, 1 mile from YMCA, 2 miles from SRP stadium, 5 miles to the Augusta National (Masters) patron gate, 3 miles to bar/restaurant district. 3 miles to hospital district.
Guest access
Guests will be able to easily access the property just off the main road with your own ample amount of parking. The main house is further back on the property. There is the Greeneway trail just down the road that you can drive/walk to and access the trailhead. It also has a public parking area and it’s located a 1/2 mile away. We walk/bike to here a lot. Shady paved trail that used to be train tracks.
