About this space
You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this custom cozy 360 sq. ft. cabin with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our cabin is a short 20 minute drive to downtown Asheville and a short 20-30 minute drive to Canton/Waynesville. Wake up each morning and enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch next to the cattle in the field in front of the cabin while you plan the day ahead. After you finish the day of exploring the surrounding areas come back and cozy up and enjoy your stay!
The space
Our small cabin that we named Olivia’s cozy cabin was built so that we could have an extra income that made it possible for me to stay home and take care of our daughter, Olivia! The cabin is fully made of wood that was cut and milled on site. The cabin is nestled in the corner of our lot facing the Blue Ridge Mountains along with a pasture filled with cattle. Most mornings/evenings you will see the ranchers taking care of the cattle.

Our small cabin may only be 360 sq. ft. but the tall ceilings and large windows will make you forget that the space is considered tiny. Note: the stairs leading up to the loft are steep so we advise to climb at your own risk as we are not responsible for any injuries.

When you open the door to the cabin you will be inside the family room that features a queen size futon along with a couple of bookshelves filled with both books and card games, along with a 50″ smart tv where you can enjoy your favorite shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, mugs, silverware, utensils, salt/pepper along with cleaning supplies as needed. There is no dishwasher so we do ask that you clean the dishes you use as a part of the check out procedure. In the kitchen you will also find a fire extinguisher next to the trash can and a first aid kit under the kitchen sink.

The bathroom is just to the left after you enter the kitchen and it is also fully stocked with towels, hand towels, and wash rags along with some toiletries you may need such as, shampoo/conditioner, tooth paste/floss, soap and razors.

The bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed where you can wake up with a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains through the sliding glass door that takes you right out onto the deck. You will also find an electric fireplace you can cozy up next to after your day of exploring the area.

Use the handcrafted steps to make your way up to the loft upstairs where you will find a full size bed surrounded by two large windows that gives views of the pasture and mountains just outside.

Notes: We do have two red heelers that you may see on site so we ask that you keep your pets on a leash if you decide to bring them. We also have two cats that like to wander about and will most likely come greet you during your stay.
