Brand new 9 meters long (29.5 feet) Tiny House has been designed and built from the ground up with an unprecedented exterior and interior design in mind.

The area of the house with entresol and a terrace is 35m2. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas cooker and sink, it also has plenty of space for kitchen utensils. There is plenty of storage space in Tiny House, numerous lockers and drawers have been designed under the stairs. On the entresol there is a shelf separating the living area from the bedroom, where we have plenty of space for the necessary things.
The electrical installation has been divided into two types of power supply (12v and 230v). Solar panels located on the roof powers 12v batteries which are responsible for providing electricity to the refrigerator, gas heating, TV, lighting, terrace opening and closing mechanism, water pump and ventilation. 230v installation is responsible for the oven, dishwasher, air conditioning with heating function.
The heating installation is the best-in-class Truma Combi 6 iNet X Panel, which is responsible for heating domestic water and blowing warm air inside the rooms. Truma integrated with a double reducer and two gas cylinders will ensure long comfort of use regardless of the place of parking.
The water and sewage system is a combination of two tanks with a total capacity of 280 liters, which is distributed to a full-size shower, sink, washing machine, dishwasher using a quiet flow pump.
The bathroom has a shower (80cm x 80cm) with a black conglomerate shower basin and beautiful tiles arranged in herringbone pattern. The price of the Tiny House includes the Cinderella Freedom incinerating (gas) toilet. It is also possible to change to a different type of toilet.
Entresol is about 6m2, where the bedroom area is located, with well-placed windows, so that you can fully enjoy the view.
