Watercolor House is an elegant lakefront tiny home carefully curated to bring peace & comfort to all who visit. Set on a half acre treed lot, enjoy the great outdoors at nearby waterfalls & hiking trails. Bring your boat or kayak. Bass fish in the lake. Roast s’mores by the stone fire-pit & relax in the screened-in porch or open deck. With a welcoming living room, a large tv for movie watching, an electric fireplace for cuddling, 2 private bedrooms & cozy loft space, the whole family can enjoy!
The space
Our tiny house features a sun filled living room and kitchen, a private master bedroom, a private secondary bedroom with bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top) and a cozy loft space with two twin beds. Our couch can convert to a queen sized bed. The home has a full sized fridge, stove/oven, and washer and dryer. We have a lovely screened in porch, an open air deck, a pretty stone fireplace. Located right in the lake with parking for 2-3 vehicles it is a perfect getaway!
Guest access
Guests have private access to all our home has to offer. We are within a few feet of a public dock where you can launch your kayak, canoe, or just enjoy bass fishing. The community offers a gorgeous pavilion and we will soon have a community pool and large community dock.
