Whistling Acres Villa No. 2 is tiny luxury! Enjoy custom architectural finishes and lush amenities.
The TN River is less than a mile away. Take a swim, bring your own kayak or rent one at the sandy Eva Beach area ten minutes away.
On a beautiful day you can sit out on the deck and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching nature go by.
Pull your boat around the corner at the boat ramp or enjoy a bonfire on the property.
2 Dog limit, Under 60 pounds each. Fee $105
The space
The bedroom is separated by a custom glass floor to ceiling partition that has velvet drapery panels used for privacy.
Enjoy the very comfortable cane trundle for additional sleeping arrangements.
The table in the living area can be used as a desk or kitchen table. For more space just pull out the arms to unfold the table.
At the end of a fun day you can unwind in the free-standing soaking tub.
