Shed Conversion! Reggae Musician’s Pura Vida Tiny Home w/Music Studio

Meet Jimi, a tiny house dweller, leader of the world-beat reggae band Watusi, and head of an independent record label. During years of traveling as an empty nester, he discovered the power of simple living. He bought a shed, a portable building shell, and his son, Eric, turned into a comfortable 37 sqm / 400 sqft tiny home with a music studio. Jimi calls it his piece of Pura Vida in Texas. He has a deep love for Costa Rica and stays there about 1/3 of the year. He might build a tiny house there one day! For now, he plans to move his music studio into a small dome attached to his tiny home, then he’ll have a downstairs bedroom.
