A little southwest found its way into the design of the tin-roofed main house — Cowboys prop your feet up on the porch railing and serenade under the stars. Hand-sculpted faces line the steps leading to a large rocking chair porch. A ramp makes easy access for those with disabilities.
Inside, a custom adobe gas fireplace quickly warms the open space and adds to this amazing ambiance with wood and tile floors and arching ceilings. Some of the amenities include a large office area, whiskey barrel sink, and clawfoot bathtub. There are washer and dryer hook-ups for both the up and downstairs and a kitchenette upstairs.
Designed for an asthmatic child, the house is elevated off the ground by several blocks and lined with a black plastic vapor barrier. Smoking has never taken place inside. Included are both central heat and air.
The never logged land is fenced and useful for livestock and includes a large barn and outbuildings. There are numerous building sites. Hike for miles! With plenty of room for boats, RV’s, 4-wheeler you are just 2 miles from Center Hill Lake.
