This award winning tiny house has been featured on the hit TV show Tiny House Nation and was rated Dwell Magazine’s #1 house of 2017. The house has also been featured in international and national publications such as Architectural Digest, Houzz, Country Living, and GQ Magazine. Architect, Brian Crabb, specializes in tiny house design and is currently the lead designer for celebrity chef, Gordon Ramsey’s TV show, Hell’s Kitchen.
The space
This is a 400 sq foot tiny house. Lots of windows and light! A large front porch with patio furniture. Inside is a kitchen, a living space with couch, bathroom with shower and a loft bedroom. The loft is accessible by stairs but is not tall enough to stand in. Street parking. The airbnb space is just the main house (not the trailer). Guests can use porch.
Other things to note
*The backyard is for the house next door, not for airbnb rental.
*Street parking, no driveway.
*Bedroom is a loft area accessed by tall stairs. No room to stand up in bedroom area. See photos.
*Garage doors remain closed at all times
*The rental is only the main house area only, not the trailer part of house.
