The Cutest Tiny Home Park Model for Sale in CA

Built for a family in California wanting a backyard office/guest house, this client had a love of an all-white monochromatic aesthetic in both modern and farmhouse styles. While this home was designed to originally be modern inside and out, the client decided to take a more traditional farmhouse approach to its interior.
This tiny is a great example of a tiny home park model in the $120,000-$130,000 price range and are always built to every client’s unique vision and customizations.
To TRUly give our home buyers a custom experience and the quality they come to us for, Tru Form uses the highest quality materials available which means no formaldehydes, no particle board or medium density fiberboard (MDF). Our cabinetry is custom-made in house and can not be bought off the shelf and are windows are always custom to the design of each home.
This unit, named our Urban Park Studio, can be built to order where you will work one on one of its our creative director and designer Malia, where she walks clients through a 3D model of the unit and applies finishes and customizations to complete the build and vision.
This model comes standard with a folding main entry door, a two story closet, a 4.5 ft. shower or bath, small modern style hickory vanity, kitchenette, queen size loft with large storable stair ladder and a main door awning.
Upgrades here can include tile work, exterior stairs, added awning, lighting options, flooring, solar packages and exterior materials like metal seam or Shou Sugi Ban cedar.
This home measures will be 11-ft.-wide by 18-ft.-long, with a 22-ft model in development and available.
