The Nicest Two-Story Shed Tiny Home
Size: 12×16
After several long months of hard work, I have finally finished my tiny home. I was able to squeeze in every necessity including a small washer/dryer in the bathroom. This was originally being built as a small place in my back yard for my sister to stay but she ended up going somewhere else. I now have a cute little place to rent for traveling medical professionals. This is a 12×16 “shed” with a 14ft peak. I left the ceiling open downstairs to make it feel more roomy and the upstairs bedroom feels very spacious even with shorter ceilings. There is plenty of room to walk around and not feel cramped.
**UPDATE: I have had several questions about the stairs. These are Modular stairs and you can find many options from Lowes and Home Depot. Here is the link to this set:
